My OpiniOn on the Verdict!!!

After the decision of 3 cops being indicted was made on friday March 16th,2007 the verdict came back on that
Monday March 19th,2007 where as two of the cops were charged with mansalughter 1 and 2 but pleaded "not guilty" when charged with it. These cops face up to 25 years in jail... Do i think that is justice... HELL NO. I feel like these cops face the death penalty I honestly do... why you may want to kno... because they shot 50 times and claimed that they were shooting in "good faith" lies! im sorry but nobody shoots 50 times in "good faith" and then have the nerve to say they were not shooting to kill anybody it was a mistake. lets be serious now. those cops were not thinking when they did this and could have been under the influence of alcohol. what i want to kno is why they tested the victims for alcohol and not the cops that makes absolutely no sense what-so-ever... where they trying to hide something? anyways the other cops Marc Cooper was charged with two counts of reckless endangerment and only faces one year in jai or a $1000 fine..... what is going on that is crazy. One Year what is that going to do. that does nothing. that is not justice! and then they are saying that the case might even take up to one year to even go to trail thats bazzare. Honestly i am very unhappy and not satisfied with the verdict of this case. These cops i feel are getting off very easily and then two of the cops are not even being charged at all.

Fired four times:

* Two counts second-degree reckless endangerment for firing multiple times with people present, causing a bullet to pass through occupied AirTrain station. Up to one year and/ or $1,000 fine.

GESCARD ISNORA

Fired 11 times:

* One count first-degree manslaughter. Five to 25 years.

* One count second-degree manslaughter for recklessly causing Bell's death. Probation to 15 years.

* One count first-degree assault for intentionally and seriously injuring Guzman. Five to 25 years.

* One count second-degree assault for recklessly injuring Benefield. Two to seven years.

* One count second-degree reckless endangerment for firing multiple times with people present. Up to a year behind bars and/or $1,000 fine.

MICHAEL OLIVER

Fired 31 times:

* One count first-degree manslaughter for causing Sean Bell's death and intending to seriously injure Joseph Guzman. Five to 25 years

* One count seconddegree manslaughter. Probation to 15 years.

* Two counts firstdegree assault. Five to 25 years.

* Two counts second-degree reckless endangerment for firing on street with people present Up to a year and/or $1,000 fine.

50 shots. didnt think. 50 shots let go without realizing what they are doing. taking a groom from his bride, a father from his sons and a son from his mother. 50 shots let go without thinking. without a caring without giving a DAMN who he is. Just shooting letting go of bullets and reloading. What the hell 50 shots. 50 shots shot at Sean Bell. They claim that he was armed . they say that he was coming towards them. Yea Right, in a moving car. you werent shooting to protect yourself when you let go 50 shots. you were shooting to KILL! 50 mutha-fuckin shots and you have the nerve to stand there proudly in that uniform and say that you are here to protect us. Fuck that Shit! You are just like them. Just with a badge and a gun, who the fuck you think you are? A COP? Nah homie you wrong about that one. Cops protect and help us not kill and shoot at us. You a PIG! A Pig who aims shoots and reloads at an innocent man! then you have the nerve to tie a person down to a hospital bed. Nah man, you is dead wrong! and when they come and see what you have done and say "' I bet the general would love to see this" you immediately untie him. What for? Fuck that right. Thats your attitude. Be a Man. Take Responsibility for what you have done. Dont be Scared. You wasnt scared when you let go 50 shots right? Why you scared now? 50 shots. You lefted him to die. Without a care in the world. Knowing you wont regret this. Knowing you wont be charged for this. But not this time buddy. You've crossed the line and this time you wont get off that easy. You will pay for what you have done. Think you wont cuz you on paid vacation. Fuck That! Everybody's against you. Nobody likes you. What you gonna do this time? Shoot another 50?
